Great Business Consulting, a reputable HR consulting firm, is actively seeking the best candidates for our client, a leading Korean agricultural machinery and equipment company. We are looking for "Great People" to drive a "Great Business".

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or a related field
Male, aged 35–45 years old
Minimum 10 years of working experience in the Heavy Equipment and/or Agricultural Machinery Service/After-Sales industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
Proficient in mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics; expert troubleshooting for heavy equipment and agricultural machinery
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficient in using Diagnostic Tools and familiar with ERP systems or Service Management Software
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
